ROJER LESOUD

Aim for the strength of the ideal Personal training.  I'm not trying to aim for the strength of my ideals ... I have to train in stages. In order to do so, you must understand yourself well and become more mental through repeated exercises. To be strong means to combine knowledge, physical strength, mental aspect and technology. They can be learned and experienced in practice. So don't be afraid of the challenge.
Currently, the Federation currently has 60 countries, including the Honorary Branch, but in the future one of the goals is to become a group with a huge organization in the world with plans to certify new branches worldwide. In addition to holding championships and events, we will engage in socially contributing activities such as youth development. In addition, we will carry out various activities in each country branch and domestic dojo. The future challenge is to make activities more active and to be loved by business evaluation through karate. To that end, by security It is important to centralize management and create a monolithic organization.
